Once service is purchased, we will be in contact within 48hours. Please note that if you decide to cancel, half of the cost is non-refundable. If we are unable to satisfy your request and vision and more than 3hours worth of work has been documented, then the full cost is non-refundable. If we decide to cancel within an hour worth of work has been documented then 90% is refundable. Travel is included in the price within a 20mile radius, anything further will have an additional charge billed separately for charges incurred such as gas and possibly hotel stay. Thank you
